Act 1 Nightmare: The Return to Boredom
Again with the Rogue encampment. I rushed out of town and began attacking the zombies of the blood moor, wondering to myself if level thirty five was good enough. I was satisfied with my killing speed and continued to the den of evil. Nothing exciting here at all, picked up my one skill point and moved onto Blood Raven. She was a lot easier this time as Hazade was able to mow down guys as well. I rescued Cain as well, though you would never know it looking at this. Eventually he appeared in town though.
I killed the Countess again. More accurately, I watched as Hazade did. She dropped a nef rune, joy. Once again the Smith was among the hardest enemies in the act, causing Hazade a death. I pretty much skipped the Jail, cathedral and first floor of the catacombs just vigoring my way through them. I did however pick up every waypoint in the act.
Hazade and I entered the Catacombs level four. It was a bad sign that the first door was open already, something I'd never seen before. A wonderful enemy came to greet us right away. I soon gathered I would be unable to kill him, so I ran into the first room, ran as deep into a corner as I could and vigored my way into the second room, leaving it into the first. Andariel was easier this time, going down in only a few seconds. Her drop wasn't very good, not even the gems.
I was glad to get this act over with very quickly as it is dull as hell. Act2 will be a much more in depth recapitulation I promise.
